Service Scope

GaoVPN provides international routes and subscription management, with coverage in 120+ countries and 150+ routes. It supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and client download links are listed in the user panel and client directory. Coverage does not mean every route will connect on every network.

The service provides network acceleration and cross-border access. It does not include memberships, content licenses, or account eligibility for third-party websites. When accessing international websites, you must still follow their regional, account, and content-use rules. Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel; you must log in to access your subscription.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; a username and password are all you need to create an account. Keep your login details and subscription link secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. If you discover exposed credentials or unusual activity, change your password promptly and request help through a panel ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, for the account holder’s own devices. This does not permit publicly sharing a subscription, reselling routes, renting out an account, or distributing access credentials to others. Do not post your subscription link on public pages or in groups.

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Use data as needed; it never expires. Check the product type before paying. Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and of any region involved in your use of the service. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes. Using routes to commit fraud, distribute malware, access others’ systems without authorization, infringe intellectual property, obtain data unlawfully, or disrupt another person’s network is prohibited.

You must not affect other users through automated abuse, abusive requests, or attempts to evade service management measures. You are responsible for confirming your eligibility to access a target service and any required content licenses. This service provides network connectivity; it does not replace such permissions or change your legal responsibilities.

Availability and Limitations of Liability

Connection results depend on local networks, device configurations, international links, maintenance, and third-party platform policies. GaoVPN does not guarantee that every route or application will be available at all times, nor does it guarantee a particular speed or continued access to specific content.

If you experience a connection issue, keep any relevant error messages and use a support ticket to describe your platform, route, and the problem. Do not submit your password or full subscription link. GaoVPN will investigate as appropriate. Responsibility for effects caused by third-party service changes, device failures, or force majeure will be determined based on the circumstances and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Payments and Refunds

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel ticket, identifying the relevant order and stating that you would like a refund. You do not need to report a connection issue or provide speed test results to make this request.

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are accepted. Keep your order records and avoid duplicate payments. Refund verification and processing updates are handled through support tickets. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel; no unconfirmed arrival time is promised on this page. Once a refund is completed, the service benefits for the relevant order end. Disputes outside the scope of the policy above will be handled based on the order details and applicable law.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If there is unlawful use, resale or sharing, abusive attacks, or conduct that threatens service operations, GaoVPN may suspend relevant features or terminate account access based on the risk involved. You may explain the circumstances and raise an objection through a panel ticket. Account actions and order payments will be handled separately in accordance with the facts, these terms, and applicable law; account termination does not automatically remove any refund obligations.

When service rules change, this page will publish the revisions and update the date. Changes affecting important user rights will be announced in the user panel. Changes will not be made silently to retroactively reduce benefits under orders already in effect. If you have questions about a change or do not wish to continue using the service, contact support through a ticket to discuss next steps.
