If you don’t have usage records yet, start by listing the apps you use most. Browsing and email typically use data differently from continuous video streaming or file sync. We don’t convert a data tier into a fixed number of viewing hours because quality, content, and app behavior all affect usage. Check your panel usage after connecting, then decide whether to adjust; this is more reliable than relying on a generic time estimate.
After choosing a plan, manage your order in the user panel. Check the plan name, billing type, data allowance, and amount due, then follow the checkout instructions to pay. This page lists prices and rules; it does not collect payment details.
For USDT payments, check the transfer requirements shown at checkout. Don’t rely on details saved from a previous order. Steps may vary by payment method; complete the checks required for your current order, then return to the panel to review its status.
If you’ve paid but the panel still shows the order as pending, keep your order and payment records and check that you’re signed in to the right account. Don’t create or pay for the order again just to refresh its status. Submit the relevant details in a support ticket so the team can check.
Read the refund policy before choosing a plan. After connecting, check access to the apps and services you use regularly. A successful connection in the client only confirms the connection status; also check your exit IP and test the actual websites or apps you need.
To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and clearly state your request in a support ticket, including the relevant order. If you’ve already opened a ticket about it, add the details there so the order and support history stay together. Do not share your account password or full subscription link.
