GaoVPN for cross-border access
Our service, route selection and privacy principles.
GaoVPN is a subscription service for cross-border access, designed for people who use international websites, overseas work apps and streaming services. Its international network covers 120+ countries with 150+ routes. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux are supported, with unlimited simultaneous devices on one subscription.
Choosing Routes & Troubleshooting
Choose a route based on what you need to do. Check the target service’s regional requirements, then confirm that your usual apps are accessible. A nearby region doesn’t guarantee a better experience, and seeing “connected” in your client isn’t the end of the check. Network conditions and service rules can change, so verify the connection by using the service itself.
If something isn’t working, first update your subscription, check the connection mode, then try another route for comparison. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket through the user panel. Include your device platform, the error message and the checks you’ve already tried. Don’t share your password or full subscription link. Billing and refunds follow the published terms; a 14-day refund policy applies.

GaoVPN follows a no-logs policy and collects only what’s necessary. No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. When reporting an issue, share only the information needed to troubleshoot it.
A no-logs policy doesn’t guarantee protection from every online risk. Keep your subscription link private, like a password, and don’t share it publicly. When visiting websites, review each site’s account permissions and privacy settings. See the Privacy Policy for details on data handling, and the Terms of Service for usage guidelines and refund terms.
